Sanhe Tongfei Refrigeration Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, marketing and services. Situated in Sanhe City (East of Beijing), Tongfei covers an area of 37,300m2, among which 20,000 m2 are workshops. Tongfei has become a full member of China Association of Refrigeration (CAR) and China Machine Tool & Tool Builder’s Association (CMTBA).
Tongfei has refrigeration performance testing center. Tongfei boast two city-level R&D centers, namely Industrial refrigeration (heat pump) R&D center and R&D center for temperature control unit of laser gear. As a provincial R&D, industrial refrigeration (heat pump) engineering technology research center was listed as the development plan of the Department of Science and Technology.
Tongfei has sheet-metal processing equipment including laser cutting machine, CNC turret punch, CNC shearing, bending and cutting machines; professional refrigeration production equipment: professional production equipment like copper tube alignment-U-shape bending machine, forming machine of heat exchanger, hydraulic pipe bender, CNC high-speed plate punching machine, horizontal pipe expander, oxygen-free welding, pressure-maintaining and airtight leakage detection production lines; product assembly, debugging, testing and packaging productions lines. Besides, Tongfei has established a national-level refrigeration performance testing center and environment simulation laboratory which are equipped with Germany TESTO thermography, EMC group pulse generator, anemograph, leeway tester, safety tester and multiple US-imported H25IR refrigerating system tightness detection equipment.
